Play activities are designed and tested to withstand the rigorous use of children 1 to 8 years of age.
In most situations, play areas will be installed in a public area and therefore exposed to acts of misuse or vandalism. Play activities can be damaged as a result of misuse or vandalism. Broken and/or damaged play modules may expose children to dangerous situations such as sharp points or protrusions, or small parts that could present a choking hazard. Therefore, it is important that your play area is inspected regularly. A regular and routine visual inspection should be included with your cleaning routine. IMMEDIATELY REMOVE OR REPAIR DAMAGED OR BROKEN PLAY MODULES.
Please call your Keebee distributor for immediate advice and service. In the USA and Canada, call 1800.563.7740. In all other areas, please contact your local distributor.
Touch-up paint kits are available for a nominal charge. Please contact your dealer for more information.

CLEANING | WASHING | DISINFECTING
CLEANING
Cleaning means washing and disinfecting. Play products need to be washed and disinfected regularly and as required by frequency of use. Include the routine cleaning of your play area in the routine cleaning of your general facility.
WASHING
Play products should be washed on a regular basis to remove grim, dirt, dust, grease or messy fingerprints with any non-abrasive ‘all-purpose detergent cleaner’ such as vinegar and water, Windex, Mr. Clean, etc. Solvents spirits or paint thinners may be used to clean greasy areas, pen or crayon marks, or other problem areas, providing that you rinse with warm, clean water to remove residue solvent afterwards.
DISINFECTING
Play products must also be disinfected to destroy micro-organisms that live on an object. The most common types of disinfectants are alcohol based and can be included in general all purpose cleaners. Be sure to read the label to ensure that the proper disinfectant properties are included in the cleaner you are using.
Do not use bleach to wash or disinfect. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not use boiling water or steam.
Keebee is a global leader in designing and fabricating high-quality, durable play equipment for commercial and institutional environments. Produced in Canada from safe and superior building materials obtained only from the United States and Canada, Keebee Play has earned a reputation for being the premier producer of indoor-modular play equipment and is why Keebee products are preferred by corporations who include play as part of their ‘family-friendly’ brand experience. Hotel brands, retail chain stores, QSRs, hospitals, shopping malls have all come to rely upon the quality, dependability and durability that Keebee Play products deliver.
Safety is the foundation of Keebee Play product designs.
You can be assured that every product that we produce is built to exacting safety standards, is durable, has no loose pieces, is low maintenance, is easy to keep clean and sanitized and best of all … delivers peace of mind.
Keebee products are safety tested to comply with the relevant regulations for the jurisdiction in which they will be used. Generally, jurisdictions (countries) will provide product safety guidelines that provide requirements for public-use play equipment intended for use by children aged 18 months to 12 years with anthropometric limits based on the 95th percentile. Amongst other concerns, these regulations will provide standards for head and neck entrapments, finger entrapments, tip over and balance issues, torque and tension issues, small parts, sharp points, edges and protrusions, as well as toxicity (heavy metals) and flammability concerns.

Therefore, our safety documentation is ever evolving. Copies of standards and test results are kept on file and may be viewed at our head office or distribution offices upon request.
